يمكنك حذف حسابك وكل ما يتعلّق به في أي وقت، بطريقتين. الأولى من داخل التطبيق، والثانية عبر البريد الإلكتروني إن لم يكن التطبيق مثبَّتاً لديك. You can delete your account and everything attached to it at any time, in one of two ways: from inside the app, or by email if you no longer have the app installed.

الطريقة الأولى: من داخل التطبيقOption 1: from inside the app

1. افتح رانورا وسجّل الدخول إلى حسابك.Open Ranora and sign in to your account.
2. اذهب إلى الملف الشخصي ← أيقونة الإعدادات في الأعلى.Go to Profile → the Settings icon at the top.
3. اختر حذف الحساب في أسفل القائمة.Choose Delete account at the bottom of the list.
4. اكتب كلمة حذف للتأكيد، ثم اضغط حذف حسابي نهائياً.Type DELETE to confirm, then tap Permanently delete my account.

الطريقة الثانية: عبر البريد الإلكترونيOption 2: by email

أرسل رسالة إلى hello@ranora.app بعنوان «حذف حساب»، من نفس البريد المسجَّل في حسابك — هذا وحده ما يثبت أنه حسابك. لا نطلب منك كلمة المرور ولا أي مستند. Send a message to hello@ranora.app with the subject “Delete my account”, from the same email address registered on the account — that alone is what proves it is yours. We will not ask for your password or any document.

يصل الطلب إلى محمد شيراز خان، مطوّر رانورا ومشغّله. نحذف الحساب خلال ٧ أيام كحدّ أقصى، ونردّ عليك برسالة تأكيد بعد تنفيذ الحذف. The request reaches Muhammad Sheraz Khan, who builds and operates Ranora. We delete the account within 7 days at most, and reply to confirm once it is done.

ما الذي يُحذفWhat gets deleted

كل شيء. لا يبقى سجلّ باسمك ولا صفّ مرتبط بحسابك: Everything. No record in your name and no row tied to your account survives:

• الحساب نفسه: بريدك الإلكتروني وكلمة المرور المُجزّأةThe account itself: your email address and hashed password
• ملفك الشخصي: الاسم، الصورة، اللغة، الدولة والمنطقةYour profile: name, picture, language, country and region
• خطتك وقياساتك: الطول، الوزن، العمر، الجنس، النشاط، الأهداف المحسوبةYour plan and measurements: height, weight, age, sex, activity, computed targets
• كل سجلّاتك: الوجبات، الماء، النشاط، وسجلّ الوزن كاملاًAll your logs: meals, water, activity, and your entire weight history
• صور الوجبات التي رفعتها وصورة ملفك الشخصي، من التخزين نفسهThe meal photos you uploaded and your profile picture, from storage itself
• محادثاتك مع المساعدYour conversations with the assistant
• سلاسل الأيام والنقاط والإنجازات، وجلسات تسجيل الدخول على كل أجهزتكStreaks, points and achievements, and your sign-in sessions on every device

ما الذي لا يُحذف — ولماذاWhat is not deleted — and why

شيء واحد فقط يبقى، ولا يخصّك: إن كنت قد أضفت منتجاً إلى قاعدة الطعام العامة، يبقى المنتج نفسه في القاعدة لأنه أصبح جزءاً منها ويستفيد منه غيرك — لكن ارتباطه بك يُحذف، ولا يبقى ما يدلّ على أنك من أضافه. One thing remains, and it is not about you: if you contributed a product to the shared food catalogue, the product stays in it, because it became part of the catalogue and other people rely on it — but its link to you is removed, and nothing records that you were the contributor.

لا نحتفظ بنسخ احتياطية للقاعدة، فلا توجد نسخة قديمة تعود منها بياناتك بعد الحذف. We keep no database backups, so there is no older copy your data could reappear from after deletion.

قبل أن تحذفBefore you delete

إن أردت الاحتفاظ بسجلّك، راسلنا على hello@ranora.app من بريدك المسجَّل قبل الحذف ونرسل لك نسخة من بياناتك. If you want to keep your history, email hello@ranora.app from your registered address before deleting and we will send you a copy of your data.
